Arendt is pleased to invite you to join the webinar focusing on the recent changes to the AML-CTF framework applicable in the insurance sector, in particular following the implementation of the 5th AML Directive into Luxembourg law and the new CAA Regulation 20-03.

During this session, their insurance & reinsurance law experts will dive into some questions related to the AML-CTF obligations applicable to professionals active in the insurance sector, such as insurance and reinsurance companies, intermediaries and professionals of the insurance sector.

• customer due diligence measures, including simplified and enhanced customer due diligence measures, ongoing monitoring and the timelines for carrying out such measures;
