TRIA is a joint initiative of the EIB and the European-American Chamber of Commerce New York, with the aim of bringing together key actors to support the financing of infrastructure investments in third countries, namely Latin-America, Africa and Eastern Europe.

This meeting is being held on the margins of the UN General Assembly, and the discussion - among other topics - will focus on AI and related infrastructure investments in the focus regions.


The Principal Meetings of TRIA are the highest level of convening  aiming to provide members with an opportunity to meet senior representatives of the EIB, EXIM Bank of the United States and U.S. International Development Corporation (DFC), and to gain detailed insights into the opportunities for collaboration on nvestments, through presentation and discussion of concrete cases.

Presentations by private sector TRIA members will help further detail the scope for collaboration in the focus sectors of the Alliance: Transportation, Energy & Climate, Information & Communications Technology (ICT), Health and Education.
