Toy Association Wins ASI’s “Great Things Award” for 2019

The Toy Association is among a prestigious group of global associations that received this year’s “Great Things Award” by Advanced Solutions International, provider of The Toy Association’s membership database platform and website software, iMIS. The awards were presented during ASI’s iMIS iNNOVATIONS partner and client conference held March 20 to 21 in Orlando, FL.

The “Great Things Award” recognizes organizations that expertly utilize iMIS to improve operational efficiency, advance their mission, and achieve “great things.”

The Toy Association has been an iMIS client since 1999, using the software to run all of the Association’s websites (including ToyAssociation.org) and its membership database, which allows the organization’s 1,000+ members to login, register, and maintain their company profiles.

“By taking advantage of iMIS reporting and automation capabilities, we have realized new efficiencies and made it easier for our members to interface with our organization,” said Isabel Carrion, The Toy Association’s director of digital communications. Carrion was in Orlando to accept the award.

“Each year, ASI witnesses the incredible strides our clients take to advance their missions. We created the Great Things Awards to recognize these amazing achievements and celebrate their successes,” said Edward Wendling, vice president of marketing for Advanced Solutions International. “In 2019, we are very proud to recognize The Toy Association for their innovative and cutting-edge approach to serving their members.”

The Toy Association’s consumer-facing website, TheGeniusofPlay.org, won ASI’s “Great Things Award” in 2015 and 2016.
