Goldberg Segalla Accelerates Growth on Both Sides of the Atlantic

EACCNY member Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce it has made significant moves that enhance the services it offers to its international client base and take its reach throughout the U.S. and across the globe to a new level.

On March 9, Goldberg Segalla opened the doors of its North Carolina office. Led by nationally recognized insurance litigator David L. Brown, this team of seven lawyers brings a wealth of experience and extends Goldberg Segalla’s footprint into several key jurisdictions in the Southeastern United States.

Goldberg Segalla’s Philadelphia office welcomed Michael A. Hamilton, Chair of the International Association of Defense Counsel’s Insurance and Reinsurance Committee, along with two other prominent attorneys. This trio bolsters the firm’s strong presence in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

The addition of Miguel L. Roure in London expands Goldberg Segalla’s international reach on several fronts. He strengthens a team that serves insurers and reinsurers in the London, Bermuda, and U.S. markets, and he adds significant experience in Spain and throughout Latin America.

Collectively, these lawyers add depth to Goldberg Segalla’s practices involving insurance, reinsurance, product liability, environmental and toxic torts, construction defect litigation, professional liability, and employment law, among others.
