Deutsche Eco USA and Bullrock enter into Joint Venture to provide integrated solar solutions

The Bullrock Corporation located in Shelburne, Vermont has announced a joint venture with Deutsche Eco USA Corp. with offices in Hoboken, New Jersey and Shelburne, VT.

This joint venture will operate under the name Bullrock – Deutsche Eco Solar Ventures. The new company will be offering an integrated approach to locating potential solar sites, providing land owners a total systems solution, as well as providing power companies an easier, fully-integrated solution to the development, RFP and EPC process.

The joint venture combines the global resources and solar expertise of Deutsche Eco Group with the construction and development experience of Bullrock Corporation. Gregg Beldock, President and CEO of Bullrock says, “ Deutsche Eco brings us 17 years of solar expertise and leading edge research and development capabilities, as well as global financing opportunities.”

The Bullrock Corporation, its owners and affiliates have been in the construction management, real estate development and senior living business since the early 1980’s.

Deutsche Eco USA, ia a member of the EACC New York, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deutsche Eco AG in Germany. Since 1998, Deutsche Eco Group has developed, installed, owned and operated over 250 megawatts of solar power projects in Europe and the United States.  Daniel Prokopy, Managing Partner says, “we have been active in the Vermont market over the past year and are very excited to partner with Bullrock.
