Stout Advises on Sale of Lloyd Industries, LLC

Stout announced today that its client, Lloyd Industries, LLC (d/b/a LloydPans®), a portfolio company of Centre Lane Partners, LLC (Centre Lane Partners), has been sold to Cornerstone Foodservice Group, Inc., a portfolio company of ShoreView Industries. Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to LloydPans® and Centre Lane Partners in connection with this transaction.

Based in Spokane, WA, LloydPans® manufactures branded, off-the-shelf and custom-built commercial-grade cooking, baking, and other products used in consumer and commercial kitchens and restaurants. Customers and end-users include leading restaurants, foodservice equipment manufacturers, and retailers. The company also offers custom metal fabrication and anodizing services to a variety of end markets.
