Improving cross-border parcel delivery to boost buying online

Clearer information on the prices of parcel delivery services should help to increase consumer confidence in cross-border shopping and shipping. The new rules approved by the European Parliament with 604 in favour, 80 against, and 12 abstentions, are part of the e-commerce package.
