• Download our free, global app
• Check-in and out via app
• Select your room on the way to hotel
• Scan your passport

In our rooms:

• No bedspreads or carpets
• Cleaned and disinfected after every guest
• Independently ventilated with 100% fresh air
• Easy-to-clean innovative materials like Corian®
• Control in-room entertainment, blinds, curtains and lights via app using your smartphone

During your stay:

• Every hotel is now cashless
• Hand sanitisers throughout public areas
• Clear social distancing signs and set safety routes
• Electrostatic sprayers to disinfect luggage and public areas
• All citizenM laundry partners guarantee disinfected clean clothes
• SocietyM meeting rooms cleaned and disinfected after every use
• Sealed food and drink – pick up at canteenM or delivery to your room
• Opt-in cleaning service for short stays – otherwise no one will enter room
• Ultra-efficient small teams, unlike traditional hotels with 100 people per shift
• Living rooms, canteenMs, public restrooms and elevators are cleaned regularly
• Masks are required in line with local regulations
