Loyens & Loeff | New Executive Board Members

Harmen Holtrop and Roderik Beckers form new Executive Board of Loyens & Loeff. Harmen Holtrop and Roderik Beckers took office as the Executive Board of Loyens & Loeff on 6 October 2022. They were appointed at the General Meeting of Shareholders in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and succeed Bram Linnartz and Thierry Charon, who successfully led the firm during their four-year term.

Harmen Holtrop (Managing Partner) and Roderik Beckers bring the experience, expertise and drive to take the firm to new heights as a top-tier service provider and responsible employer in its home markets of the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, and several key financial centres around the world.

Bram Linnartz (Managing Partner) and Thierry Charon have formed the Executive Board of this leading Law & Tax firm since 2018. They implemented a new firmwide strategy to better service clients with top quality integrated legal and tax services as a trusted partner, now and in the future. Their strong, visible leadership and people-centred approach was greatly valued, particularly during the Covid pandemic.

Harmen Holtrop, attorney at law and partner, joined Loyens & Loeff in 2000, and has a focus on corporate M&A and Private Equity. He chaired the international committee for several years and was co-chair of the corporate practice group for the last six years.

Roderik Beckers
, tax adviser and partner, joined Loyens & Loeff in 1998, and has a focus on the Real Estate and Funds practice. He worked at the Loyens & Loeff Paris office from 2001 through 2004 and headed the Paris tax team from 2009 through 2014.
