- A team led by Banking & Energy Partner Muireann Hernon advised Irish solar developer BNRG and asset manager Impax in achieving financial close on the development of a portfolio of solar farms, with a combined peak capacity of 43MW.
- A team led by Banking Partner Karol Fox advised Allied Irish Banks on its financing of the construction and forward sale by Quintain Ireland of 392 apartments at The Crossings in Adamstown to the Land Development Agency (LDA). This is the largest single transaction of the LDA’s Project Tosaigh initiative.
- A team led by Insurance and Dispute Resolution partners Liam Flynn and Peter Johnston is representing CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC in the largest piece of commercial litigation ever to be brought before the Irish courts. CDB, along with other lessors, is claiming on its insurance policies for the loss of aircraft in Russia and elsewhere following the invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
- A team led by Banking Partners Neil Campbell and Irene Nic Chárthaigh acted for ABCarVal in its acquisition of a circa €400 million pool of non-performing loans from Bank of Ireland. Project Snow 6 was comprised of circa 700 loans related to 400 connections, secured on circa 673 assets predominantly located in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
- A team led by Banking Partner Alan Burns advised Allied Irish Banks on its imminent participation in the SBCI’s Home Energy Upgrade Loan Scheme. The Scheme will facilitate up to €500m worth of low-cost loans for residential energy upgrades, with AIB accounting for a significant portion of that figure.
