This episode of “A look into the crystal ball on the Future of ENERGY,” features Serge Abergel [top], COO of HYDRO-QUÉBEC, and Yvonne Bendinger-Rothschild [bottom], Executive Director of the EACCNY. Together, they discuss transnational infrastructure projects that Hydro-Québec has developed to supply clean power to the US Northeast. Specifically, they discuss how these projects will meet New York City’s growing power demand, the realities on the ground of developing and implementing the project, and how it can serve as a model for transnational energy collaboration in the future.
