IV. AIFMD Update: ESMA Guidelines on Remuneration
ESMA has published a Consultation paper on Guidelines on Sound Remuneration Policies under the AIFMD. Read More
VI. UCITS: ESMA Publishes Q&A Papers
ESMA has published Question and Answer papers on (i) Risk Measurement and Calculation of Global Exposure and Counterparty Risk for UCITS (ii) Notification of UCITS and exchange of information between competent authorities and (iii) Prospectuses. Read More
