“HSR Thresholds Rise Again With Rise in GNP”

Fulbright Alert -- The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") just announced increases to the reporting thresholds under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended (the "HSR Act").
