Private Investigators & Company Directors Under the Data Protection Spotlight

Private investigators are facing increased scrutiny over their compliance with data protection rules. Simon Spin-Off to Buy Glimcher

According to a report from the Wall Street Journal on Tuesday, Washington Prime Group--a REIT spun-off from Simon Property Group--has reached an agreement to buy Glimcher Realty. The purchase price is said to be just over $2 billion.
